I guess they person who took the order didnt place it on Paper. Worst costume service I called to change my order came from Long Beach to pick up the cake and they couldnt find it. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place! Their cake decorations are not too fancy BUT the person that helps me place my order always lets me know if they will be able to decorate my cake the way I want it or not. The cakes are amazing, however the presentation of the cakes is pretty basic. Ive ordered cakes from this bakery several times and Ive never been dissapointed! The cakes are delicious!! Especially the 3 layer Conquistador cake.
Hice un pedido y supuestamente hiba a estar listo alas 8, llego alas 8:15 y no tenian idea de que harian el pastel y el Colmo no tenian la decoracion que pedi wtf!!!! Eso si, si ordenas un pastel para fin de semana asegurate de recogerlo temprano o bastante tarde, todas las tardes se llena y puedes tardar en hacer linea. Aunque la pasteleria es muy pequena tienen mucha variedad de que escojer. This not only happened to me but to 8 other customer that were very upset for having to wait 4 hours. i will start not to recommend this location.
the customer service really, really sucked. i asked for a vanidoso cake and ended up getting a 3 leches.not only was the order wrong. As a repeat customer i agree in cakes they are great, as far as customer service it is the worst Ive experienced.Javier Carreon the owner needs to have more attention to customers.my waiting time to receive my cake was that of 3 hours i pce the order a week in advance.
